F. Fundament, P.E., LEED, brings over 20 years of broad experience
in design and implementation of technically complex projects in the areas of
modern HVAC design and retrofit, thermal energy storage, energy efficiency,
and building automation.

Fundament & Associates, Inc. (a minority business enterprise:
MBE), established
in 1987, is a highly skilled group of engineers and technicians specializing
in
heating, ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical system
for
complex buildings and facilities with an emphasis on institutional, academic,
and science research projects.
The firm has established itself as a leader in providing sophisticated mechanical,
electrical, and energy efficiency-related services. Sustainable building
design fundamentals are the basis for a major portion of the firm's engineering
work. Staff includes LEED accredited professionals.
The firm headquarters is located in Irvine, California near
the Orange County Airport providing excellent freeway access to all of Southern
California. It's
modern facilities contribute to a highly professional and productive environment. The
firm maintains a comprehensive library of the latest energy equipment manufacturer's
systems information, energy codes, and standards. Within the facility,
there is an engineering design and analysis studio consisting of a sophisticated
computer network with specialized design and analysis software.
