Mr. Paulo
F. Fundament, P.E., LEED, is the managing principal of the firm. Mr. Fundament brings over 30 years of broad experience in the design and implementation of technically complex projects in the areas of modern HVAC design and retrofit, thermal energy storage, energy efficiency, and building automation. Mr. Fundament is considered to be a leader in his field and currently serves as a member of the CSU Mechanical Review Board, where he is responsible for partnering with other board members to develop standards for Sustainability & LEED criteria and 9 other areas related to Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services (such as Commissioning, EMS, Central Plant & Life Cycle Costing).

The firm is comprised of a dedicated staff of engineers who are LEED accredited, degreed and licensed professionals. Our engineers have a passion for their field and work collaboratively together in teams to produce the highest quality MEP engineering possible. The firm headquarters is located in Irvine, California near
the Orange County Airport providing excellent freeway access to all of Southern
California. Our
modern facilities contribute to a highly professional and productive environment. The
firm maintains a comprehensive library of the latest energy equipment manufacturer's
systems information, energy codes, and standards. Within the facility,
there is an engineering design and analysis studio consisting of a sophisticated
computer network with specialized design and analysis software.
